Hemocoagulase Agkistrodon for Injection

Hemocoagulase Agkistrodon for Injection (Suling®) is a Class I new drug and the national key new product in China. It is currently the only high-purity，single-component, amino acid sequence known, three-dimensional structure clear hemocoagulase drug in the world and has obtained global PCT amino acid sequence and structure invention patents.

Suling® is mainly used for the prevention and treatment of surgical wound bleeding with the feature of coagulation without thrombosis. It was successfully added to the National Reimbursement Drug List without any reimbursement restrictions, effectively reducing bleeding and transfusions, minimizing rebleeding/hematoma, promoting wound hemostasis and healing, and accelerating the recovery process.

[Composition]: The main ingredient is the hemocoagulase purified from the venom of Agkistrodon acutus.

Molecular weight: 29,300~29,500 Dalton

The excipient is dextran 20. 

[Descriptions]: white lyophilized block.

[Indications]: Used for hemostasis of bleeding from superficial surgical wounds, whether to use depends on the surgeon's judgment of wound bleeding.

[Specifications]: 1 unit/vial; 4 vials/box.

[Dosage and Administration]: administered by single intravenous injection. Intravenous drip infusion administration is recommended.

2 units (2 vials) each time, dissolve each vial with 1ml water for injection, inject intravenously slowly, the injection time should be no less than 1 minute. For intraoperative bleeding, prevention administer 15-20 minutes before surgery. Do not mix with other drugs during intravenous drip infusion.
